Partner oversight and senior tax and advisory support throughout the relationship.
Welcome, Vitor.
Thank you for the opportunity to work with your business.
Following our discussions, we have prepared three levels of ongoing support for Good Mates Removals Pty Ltd, together with an optional Initial Business & Structure Review.
The objective is to give you a clear choice around how much accounting, tax and advisory support you would like from PRATT Partners as the business grows and evolves.
We appreciate the opportunity to assist and look forward to building a long-term and productive relationship with you.
Senior oversight. A team behind you.
Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day accounting, tax and compliance aspects of the engagement.
What we heard.
The opportunity is not simply to prepare tax returns. It is to create greater confidence around your business, your structure, compliance obligations and the decisions being made as the business grows and evolves.
Structure
Consider whether the current company structure and asset ownership arrangements remain appropriate as the business develops.
Contractors
Consider material contractor, superannuation, payroll-related and other compliance risks requiring attention.
Protection
Improve visibility over business risks, insurance and areas where specialist advice may assist.
Performance
Better understand margins, cash flow, operating costs and other financial pressures as the business grows.
Tax
Move from addressing tax only after year end to considering material issues earlier where the selected service level provides for this.
Confidence
Establish a relationship with clear scope, greater visibility and access to appropriate support when important matters arise.
This reflects our preliminary understanding from our discussions. Specific advice will depend on the relevant facts, applicable law and the final agreed scope.
