Structure
Greater clarity around the existing business structure, asset ownership and whether the current arrangements remain appropriate.
Following our discussions, we have prepared a range of service options so you can choose the level of ongoing support that best suits the business.
The opportunity is not simply to prepare tax returns. It is to create greater confidence around your business, your structure, compliance obligations and the decisions being made as the business grows and evolves.
Our proposed engagement has been shaped around the matters raised in our discussions and the level of support that may be appropriate as the business develops.

Material matters requiring detailed advice, modelling, restructuring or specialist input will be separately scoped before additional work is undertaken.
Growing owner-managed businesses wanting proactive tax planning, a structured mid-year review and greater visibility throughout the year.
A closer advisory relationship for owners wanting senior input into financial and business decisions.
Intended for businesses seeking an ongoing advisory relationship rather than an annual compliance-only service.
