PRIVATE & CONFIDENTIAL FEE PROPOSAL · 2026
PREPARED FOR GOOD MATES
REMOVALS PTY LTD
FOLLOWING OUR DISCUSSION

You have built a growing business. Now the focus is protecting it.

From our discussion, the priority is not simply preparing tax returns. It is making sure the business is structured, compliant and supported appropriately as it continues to grow.

01

Structure & asset protection

You want greater confidence that the business structure appropriately separates valuable assets from operational risks and does not unnecessarily expose what you have built.

02

Contractors, super & compliance

The extensive use of contractors creates uncertainty around superannuation, WorkCover and contractor classification obligations that should be reviewed.

03

Insurance protection

You would like a clearer understanding of the insurance currently in place and whether there are material gaps across business, management and cyber risks.

04

Cash flow & payment risk

Low deposits and customer payment behaviour create exposure to bad debts and disputes, while competition limits how aggressively payment terms can change.

05

Margin & cost pressure

Rising fuel, insurance and operating costs need to be managed without materially affecting conversion rates or competitiveness.

06

Ongoing peace of mind

Most importantly, you want clear advice, fewer unknown gaps and an adviser who can help the business stay ahead of issues rather than responding only after they arise.

SERVICE OPTIONS

Choose how involved you want us to be.

All four options provide a clearly defined engagement. The difference is the level of review, proactive tax support and strategic involvement you would like from PRATT Partners.

WHY THIS OPTION MAY FIT

Connecting the package back to your priorities.

01

Business risk

Your current concerns extend beyond compliance. Structure, asset ownership, contractors and insurance all warrant ongoing consideration as the business grows.

02

Proactive tax

Reviewing tax before year end creates more opportunity to manage PAYG instalments, retained profits, dividends, asset purchases and director loan issues proactively.

03

Better visibility

Greater financial oversight can help identify margin, working capital and cost pressures before they become larger operational issues.

04

Access when needed

The objective is to create a relationship where you can raise material tax and business issues during the year rather than waiting for annual accounts.

OPTIONAL PROTECTION

Accountancy Insurance.

We can also arrange access to our Accountancy Insurance offering to assist with professional costs incurred in responding to eligible ATO and other regulatory reviews, audits and enquiries.
