Partner oversight and senior advisory support for your engagement.
The right level of support.
Four levels of ongoing support designed around where your business is today — and how involved you would like PRATT Partners to be as the business develops.
Senior oversight. A team behind you.
Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day accounting and compliance aspects of the engagement.
What we heard.
The priority is not simply preparing tax returns. It is creating greater confidence around the business, its structure, compliance obligations and the decisions being made as it continues to grow.
Structure
Consider whether the existing company and asset ownership arrangements remain appropriate as the business develops.
Contractors
Consider material contractor, superannuation, payroll-related and other compliance risks requiring further attention.
Protection
Improve visibility over business risks, insurance, customer payment exposure and areas where specialist advice may be appropriate.
Performance
Better understand margins, cash flow, operating costs and other financial pressures as the business grows.
Tax
Move from dealing with tax only after year end to considering material tax issues earlier where the selected service level provides for this.
Peace of mind
Establish an accounting relationship with clear scope, greater visibility and access to appropriate support when matters arise.
This reflects our preliminary understanding from our discussions. Specific advice will depend on the relevant facts, applicable law and final agreed scope.
Stay ahead, rather than catch up.
Growth Advisory
12-month professional fee: $7,500 + GST
Based on our initial discussions, Growth Advisory provides a balanced level of support — your core accounting and tax compliance is handled while also providing proactive tax planning and appropriate access to PRATT Partners throughout the year.
If you would prefer to first understand the existing structure and risk position before committing to broader advisory support, the Initial Review + Essential option provides an alternative starting point.

Monthly pricing and annual engagement
Monthly amounts are presented to make the ongoing investment easier to understand. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the underlying service is an annual engagement and the corresponding annual professional fee is shown with each package.
Monthly billing arrangements and commencement dates will be confirmed in the formal engagement documentation.
Important engagement assumptions
The quoted fees and scope are based on the information currently available to us and assume:
- there are no material or unusual transactions or circumstances of which we have not been made aware;
- the accounting records supplied to us are reasonably complete, accurate and reconciled, except where maintaining those records is expressly included in our scope; and
- requested information and approvals are provided within a reasonable timeframe to enable us to meet applicable lodgement and reporting deadlines.
If the circumstances or scope materially differ from these assumptions, we will discuss any additional work and associated fees before undertaking material work outside the agreed scope.
Bookkeeping & payroll support
Where required, we can separately scope ongoing bookkeeping and payroll support, including transaction coding, bank and credit card reconciliations, payroll processing, STP reporting and maintenance of accounting records.
The scope and fee will depend on transaction volumes, number of accounts, payroll requirements and the condition of the existing accounting records.
Annual fee review
Fees may be reviewed annually having regard to CPI, changes in scope, complexity, transaction volume, service requirements and other relevant circumstances.
Disbursements and subscriptions
A 5% disbursement charge applies to our professional fees, together with applicable subscriptions and third-party expenses incurred on your behalf, including Xero subscriptions where applicable.
Work outside the agreed scope & hourly rates
Work outside the agreed package or a separately agreed fixed-fee engagement may be charged at our applicable hourly rates. Where practicable, we will discuss material additional work with you before proceeding.
Matters requiring separate scope
Material restructuring, legal documentation, detailed asset-protection advice, historical remediation, substantial bookkeeping correction, ATO audits or reviews, objections, valuations and specialist tax advice are separately scoped unless expressly included.
Specialist referrals
Where specialist advice is appropriate, we may introduce an external professional. The external adviser acts under their own engagement and remains responsible for their advice and services.
Appropriate authority will be obtained before confidential client information is provided to an external adviser, except where disclosure is otherwise required or permitted by law.
If PRATT Partners receives, pays or is otherwise entitled to a referral fee, commission or other material benefit, any disclosure required under applicable professional and ethical requirements will be made.
Client responsibilities
Our work will rely on information, records and explanations provided by you and information otherwise available to us.
You remain responsible for providing complete, accurate and timely information relevant to the services.
No audit or assurance
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the preparation of financial statements, tax returns and related work under this proposal does not constitute an audit or review and no audit or assurance opinion is expressed.
Formal engagement
This proposal summarises the proposed commercial scope and fees. The engagement remains subject to PRATT Partners' Terms of Engagement and any entity-specific engagement documentation provided.
Those documents address the responsibilities of each party, confidentiality, privacy, professional obligations, billing, records, conflicts, termination, dispute resolution and other conditions applying to the engagement.
