Our role extends beyond annual accounts. Where an issue requires expertise outside the agreed accounting and tax scope, we can help identify the appropriate next step and, with your authority, coordinate with relevant specialists.
Access to our dedicated ATO liaison support for routine ATO matters falling within the agreed engagement.
Reviews, audits, objections, disputes, payment arrangements and other substantial ATO matters may require separate scope and fees.Access to our corporate secretarial team for company administration and entity establishment requirements.
Incorporations, restructures, documentation and other implementation work may be separately scoped.Where legal advice is required, we can refer you to appropriately qualified legal advisers for contracts, commercial documentation and other legal matters.
Legal services are not provided by PRATT Partners and remain subject to the lawyer's separate engagement and fees.We can refer you to an appropriately licensed insurance broker to consider your existing business insurance arrangements and insurance needs.
Insurance advice and placement are provided separately by the relevant licensed provider.Where personal financial advice is required, we can introduce you to an appropriately licensed financial adviser.
PRATT Partners does not provide financial product advice under this engagement. Any such advice is separately provided by the relevant licensed adviser.Access to specialist SMSF and superannuation support where fund-specific or specialist advice is required.
Advice requiring an Australian financial services licence, or other specialist implementation, will be referred or separately scoped as appropriate.We will not provide your confidential information to an external adviser merely because a referral is available. Where disclosure is required, we will obtain your authority before providing relevant client information, except where disclosure is otherwise required or permitted by law.
We can also arrange access to our Accountancy Insurance offering, designed to assist with professional costs associated with responding to eligible ATO and other regulatory reviews, audits and enquiries.
Up to $20,000, subject to the insurer's policy terms, conditions, exclusions, eligibility requirements and applicable limits.
Based on our initial discussions, Growth Advisory provides a balanced starting point where you would like the annual compliance handled while also having more proactive tax support throughout the year.
If your immediate priority is first to understand the existing structure and material risk areas, the Review, Resolve & Maintain option provides an alternative starting point before determining whether broader advisory support is warranted.
This recommendation is based on the information available from our initial discussions and may need to be revisited if your circumstances or requirements differ from those presently understood.Monthly amounts shown are the annual professional fee expressed as a monthly billing amount and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
The annual fees will be reviewed periodically and may be adjusted in accordance with the terms of engagement, including any agreed annual CPI adjustment.
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days.
A 5% disbursement charge applies to our professional fees, together with the cost of applicable subscriptions and third-party expenses paid or incurred on your behalf, including Xero subscriptions where applicable.
Services outside the selected package are not included merely because they relate to the business.
Material restructuring, legal documentation, substantial ATO reviews or disputes, historical remediation, complex transactions, specialist advice and other work outside the agreed scope will be separately scoped and agreed before substantive additional work is undertaken.
Ad hoc work outside the agreed scope may otherwise be charged at our applicable professional rates where permitted by the terms of engagement.
Advisory services are limited to the accounting, tax and business advisory matters described in the selected package and our formal engagement documentation.
They do not constitute legal advice, financial product advice, credit advice or insurance advice. Where those services are required, we can assist with an appropriate referral.
Our work is prepared from information and explanations provided by you and information otherwise available to us. You remain responsible for providing complete, accurate and timely information relevant to the services.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the services described in this proposal do not constitute an audit or review and no assurance is expressed.
Where specialist advice is required, we may recommend or introduce an external professional. Any external adviser acts under their own engagement and remains responsible for their advice and services.
We will obtain appropriate authority before disclosing confidential client information to an external adviser, except where disclosure is otherwise required or permitted by law.
If PRATT Partners receives, pays or is otherwise entitled to a referral fee, commission or other material benefit in connection with a referral, any disclosure required under applicable professional and ethical requirements will be made to you in writing.
This proposal summarises the proposed commercial scope and fees. The engagement is also subject to PRATT Partners' applicable Terms of Engagement and any entity-specific engagement documentation provided to you.
Those terms address matters including the responsibilities of each party, confidentiality, privacy, professional obligations, reliance, conflicts of interest, records, billing, termination, dispute resolution and other conditions applying to the engagement.
