What is a fractional CFO?

An experienced CFO who works with you part-time, for set days each month, at a fixed fee. You get senior financial leadership without the cost of a full-time hire.

How big does my business need to be?

Most clients turn over between $1m and $30m. If you have a bookkeeper but nobody senior interpreting the numbers, you're probably ready.

Do you replace our bookkeeper or tax accountant?

No. Your bookkeeper keeps the ledger and your tax agent keeps lodging. We turn the numbers into decisions.

Can my employer pay for mentoring?

Yes. Many professionals have mentoring funded through their development plan. We can invoice your employer directly.
